AI Bot Setups provides AI chatbot deployment, integration, and managed maintenance services for businesses. Our services include one-time implementation projects and optional ongoing managed care plans.
Implementation services require payment upon project commencement. Monthly managed care plans are billed at the beginning of each billing cycle. All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified. Payment terms and methods will be agreed upon before project start.
You retain full ownership of your chatbot, data, and infrastructure. AI Bot Setups does not claim any ownership over the systems deployed or the data processed by your chatbot. Any proprietary tools, templates, or methodologies used during deployment remain the intellectual property of AI Bot Setups.
AI Bot Setups provides services on an as-is basis. While we strive for the highest quality in all deployments, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Either party may terminate managed care services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, we will provide a complete handoff document so your team can assume maintenance. One-time implementation services are non-refundable once work has begun.
We treat all client information, systems access, and business data as confidential. We will not disclose your information to third parties without your written consent, except as required by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration.
