What exactly do you deploy?
We deploy a fully configured AI chatbot tailored to your business. This includes the AI model, integration connectors (email, Slack, CRM, etc.), security hardening, and custom workflow automations. Think of it as a digital team member that's ready to work from day one.
How long does implementation take?
Typical setup takes 5-8 hours across one or two sessions, with same-day go-live. After deployment, you get 14 days of hypercare where we fine-tune performance and ensure everything runs smoothly.
What happens after the 14-day hypercare period?
After hypercare, your chatbot is fully operational and documented. You can manage it yourself, or subscribe to one of our Managed Care plans for ongoing monitoring, updates, security patches, and dedicated support.
Is my data secure?
Security is core to every deployment. We follow official hardening guidelines, configure least-privilege access, encrypt data at rest and in transit, and provide compliance documentation. We also assist with specific regulatory requirements like SOC 2, HIPAA, and GDPR.
What access do you need during setup?
We use temporary, least-privilege access during implementation. We'll walk you through exactly what's needed during the kickoff call. After deployment, all credentials are rotated and access is transferred to your team.
Can I deploy multiple chatbots for different teams?
Absolutely. Most teams deploy 2-6 chatbots — one per department or use case. Each additional chatbot is $1,560 during implementation, and our Managed Care plans support multi-bot monitoring.
Do you work with remote teams?
Yes. Our Remote Setup plan works for teams anywhere in the world. Everything is done over video call and secure remote access. In-Person Setup is available for select metro areas.
What if I want to cancel managed care?
You own everything — the bot, the data, the infrastructure. Managed Care is optional and can be canceled anytime. We'll provide a handoff document so your team can take over maintenance.
